Rachael Cook

 Rachael L. Cook (born October 4 1978) is an American actress. She has appeared on the Baby-Sitters' Club (1995), She's All That (2000), Josie and the Pussycats (2002) and the television show Into the West and Perception. Tifa Lockhart, Robot Chicken and Josie are also voiced by her. The series was launched with the English version of Final Fantasy VII - Advent Children. Rachael Leigh Cook is a Minnesota native, daughter of Thomas Howard Cook (a former stand-up comedian and social worker) and JoAnn (a weaver and cooking instructor). She is part-Italian. Cook first appeared in an announcement of public service for foster care when she was seven years old. of age.
